STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Doko Fashion Wear (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Card Payment
    • Secure Payment Link (shared on request)
  • Full payment must be made before or upon delivery.

4. Orders and Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Orders may be subject to verification and approval prior to processing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund if payment has been made.

5. Delivery

  • We offer home delivery within 24 hours across Qatar.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be informed during checkout or order confirmation.
  • You must be available to receive the order. Failed deliveries may result in rescheduling fees.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours if they are:
    • Damaged or defective
    • Incorrect item received
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • For COD orders, please notify our team immediately if cancellation is needed.

8. Warranty

  • Some items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty claims must follow manufacturer policies and do not cover misuse or accidental damage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Doko Fashion Wear shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
